How do I book an appointment?

All appointments are booked through our online booking system. This allows you to choose the service you’re interested in and provide important information about your cat before their appointment. Once you submit a booking request, please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?

No. All grooming appointments must be booked in advance. This allows us to make sure we have enough time dedicated to your cat and their individual grooming needs.

How long does a grooming appointment take?

Accepted Answer

Every cat is different, so grooming times can vary. A basic groom may take around 2-3 hours, while larger grooming services such as a Teddy Bear Clip or Lion Clip can take approximately 3–4 hours. Your cat's behaviour, coat condition, matting and grooming requirements can all affect the time needed.

Can I stay with my cat during their groom?

Our grooming space is set up to allow your cat to have a calm and focused grooming experience. For most appointments, we recommend allowing your cat to settle with us without their owner present, as some cats become more anxious when they can see their humans.

Question 5

What happens after I drop my cat off?

Accepted Answer

Your cat will be assessed before grooming begins. We'll take their coat condition, behaviour and any concerns you've mentioned into consideration before deciding how best to proceed with their groom. You'll be contacted once your cat is finished and ready to come home.
